The model gun was delivered but has a small problem with a spring. They included a card in the order which states "do not return to store! please email us". So I did, twice. But until now no response at all. Way to go Goatguns...

Wow, first off I want to say, when it says 1-3 days shipping. It really means it. The gun is solid almost all metal. (I got the 1911 all silver, picked up the silencer and gold grips. Was super easy to assemble and immediately put a huge smile on my face when it was fully assembled. Can't wait to order more. Might just go for the supply crate. EASILY 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERY GUN NUT OUT THERE. AWESOME PIECE!!!!!!!

Rubbish customer services!!! Extortionate delivery and returns postage!!! They don't answer to emails and on live chat they tell you a specialist will be intouch in 2 days but you don't hear anything back!!!

Good and nice size

Terrible quality, worst customer service. DO not buy from these guys! You will not be able to get any help with your order from these guys especially if your order was lost by USPS. They will happy take your money but good luck with your refunds or replacements.

Me and my kids like them. Not to hard to build

I am extremely happy with all of my GoatGuns. They are well made, look real and fun to build. It also solved a problem of buying presents for friends and family. I have been buying them all Goat Guns.

So happy with the service, my son is over the moon, such a cool present idea!! My brother even wants one for his birthday now and he’s got everything so to find something he’d like is great.

Unfortunatly my review is not as good as the others are.
First order i made was a supply crate, it was paid for and processed 2 hrs after purchase.
It was send and should have been delivered today by UPS between 10am and 1pm.
Nothing received as of yet, even worse is UPS has no idea where the package is
Second order paid for and is not processed, mailed their support and apparently the order is "MIA" according to the good sarge.
So ye the professionalism is currently not shown to me and would love to get in touch with goatguns....

Gun is great, came late but customer service is great, helped me the whole way. Would give it 5 stars but it was a bit late
